Planning & Packing

My Daily Plans

Below is a copy of the spreadsheet I have been creating for over a year.  It has helped me to better utilize my clothes.  Using my skeleton plans, I was able to cut out 3 pair of shoes and several outfits.  I have daily notes and reminders of how to prepare for the next day on the spreadsheet.  This is still a work in progress as today is Sunday and we leave tomorrow morning for Raleigh and our flights out on Tuesday.  I think this is my final draft!  There is still some of the teacher and making lesson plans left in me!

An after the cruise note:  This was very valuable to me during the cruise.  I laid out clothes each evening for the following day.  There was no thinking involved nor did I have time to think and plan what I would wear once the cruise began.  This was a busy cruise.

Debbie's suitcases, packed with eBags packing cubes and Eagle Creek packing
folders, pretty impressive!!!  The eBags came from Ebay.  The packing folders came from our local Triple A and from Sierra Post on Ebay. I have one LBD in a dry cleaning bag, on a hanger to fold and pack last...weight of suitcase is 46.7 pounds!!

Below is my carry on.  In the green Eagle Creek folder are all of my clothes for 2 days and nights in Barcelona and my clothes for embarkation day and dinner the first night on Seranade. I have to add a hairdryer.  It is very small, folds,  and came from Bed Bath and Beyond. It is BaBylissPro TT.
